Caitlin Maslen
Research CoordinatorCaitlin holds a master’s degree in Corruption and Governance from the University of Sussex, where she focused on corruption in international business and the extractive industries. During this time, and afterwards, she worked for Transparency International’s Anti-Corruption Helpdesk, writing papers on topics such as whistleblower protection and public procurement. She then worked in Ghana for a women’s rights NGO, and afterwards as a Programmes Officer at an INGO focusing on human rights and global health. Since 2021, she has worked at Transparency International, providing research and project management support to two projects – one on democratic accountability and the other on illicit financial flows stemming from the African region. Now, she works full-time on the Anti-Corruption Helpdesk.
