The World Bank’s framework and regulations applies to their own procurement processes as well as for projects and programmes they finance. The framework is modern and business-friendly. It focuses on value for money and opportunities for dialogue and discussion. It aims to achieve the highest bidding and contract management standards to get the best development results.
