Senior adviser

I’m a lawyer specialising in international human rights and refugee law, and am interested in the relationship between asylum policy and development aid. I’m also responsible for U4's thematic area corruption and migration. I currently oversee U4's e-learning portfolio, which includes our Essentials of anti-corruption course, as well as specialised courses in health, NRE, and corruption risk management.

In 2017, I completed a PhD at the University of Bergen exploring the concept of safe spaces in refugee law.  I have worked as a researcher and protection adviser in East and West Africa, DRC and Sri Lanka. I have also worked in the US, China and Taiwan.

You can see all my publications on the CMI profile page.
