Prior to joining the CMI, I worked within project management on both local and international projects in the offshore industry. I have a also worked as head of finance for an IT company. I hold a BSc in finance and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (NHH), and I'm currently pursuing a Master of Management at BI University, Norway.

My responsibilities at U4 include managing funds and oversee the contractual relations with all U4 partners, among other tasks.

My main goal is to ensure consistent management of all contracts and proposals to be aligned with CMI/U4 and U4 partners' strategies.
