Compensation to victims of grand corruption

This report addresses questions of compensation relating to cases of grand corruption.

The report considers what the avenues are for reparation in cases of grand corruption, who the victims are, how to define their legal standing, and how to establish damages. To do so, the authors analyse the responses received from 56 jurisdictions in reply to two questionnaires concerning countries' legislation and their implementation.
